No. Not usually... and now that I think about it, it probably wasn't all that random either. I do know that people tend to get eggs around when Christmas and Easter are.

Those are two holidays, one in December and the other around March or April. I think eggs are something that has to do with Easter. Or Easter has something to do with eggs. I didn't pay a lot of attention to it.
